Mickey Mouse on Cake Central

This was done with a 10" round for the face plus 2 6" round for the ears. Covered in buttercream and fondant accents - ears, nose, eyes, mouth, and polka-dots. I had trouble with my red...I need to switch coloring brands....I am still using Wilton and it separates easy. I have heard Americolor is awesome. Wished I would of made this a double layer but it is still a lot of cake. I did not plan well for the board and At 10 at night with kids in bed and no husband I was stuck with what I could find which was this tray...not very pretty...darn. TFL. Let me know what you think!!!
