This was done for a woman retiring from the PO... done with 3 4" rounds cut in 1/2 and placed on their flat sides down on top of a 2 layer loaf pan cake. Iced in BC and covered in RBC. Floral work is BC. Flag is foam art board attached with a toothpick. Customer wanted the cake to be feminine and to looke like it had been "grown over with time" Fun cake, customer loved it.
