Pistachio, Coconut, Cardomom

We've been talking about the pistachio cardomon flavor cake on the Gourmet Flavors thread so I thought I would give one a try. I was skeptical about the cardomom but the flavors really blended nice and was really delicious! Pistachio, coconut and cardomom with pistachio mousse filling and white chocolate coconut whipped frosting.
