This is my sons first birthday cake - the pressure was on as everyone was expecting a masterpiece! Body is carved choc mud cake covered in ganache and fondant. Head is RKT (actually LCM bars as this is the Australian equivalent) covered in fondant. Yellow frill is gumpaste, legs and tail fondant.
