This is chocolate WASC (thanks Kakeladi!) with vanilla BC (thanks Serious_cakes!). Covered in MMF with gumpaste figure and Wilton candles. I copied the truck from Merissa's posted photo and the Fireman Sam is a Debbie Brown creation.
