Movie cake that I did for a get together w/friends. We were watching Mamma Mia hence the mini movie poster. The top & bottom "reel" were RKT covered in BC & MMF. The "film" was carrot cake filled & covered in cream cheese frosting & MMF. All fondant accents. TFL!! I had a lot of fun making this cake & I thought it turned out pretty well. The only thing is I used a boxed carrot cake mix & I didn't really care for it (thought it was too dry). Next time I'll make one the carrot cake recipes from CC-I was just being lazy on this one!!
