I used a 11x15 cut in half and stacked on top of each other, for the top part of the truck I cut a 9x13 and stacked it on top of the 11x15. Then I iced and covered it in fondant. The ladder, hoses and the fire truck emblems were cut out of fondant. This was my first attempt at a 3-d cake covered in fondant.
