Dr. Seuss Cookies

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish. Great cookies. I'm debating on if I want to make some Dr. Seuss cookies for my DD's class. I was looking for some ideas just in case.

Genius use of the lighthouse cutter! All of these cookies are top-notch, but the fish are my favorite.

I mangled a lighthouse for the hat, a circle for the egg, and the fish cutter is super old. Whenever I need a cutter, I trace a pic on a plastic crisco lid and cut around it.. I used Toba Garret's glace and royal accents.
