Italian Cream cake with BC icing. This was for a couple celebrating their 55th anniversary. The daughter found a picture similar to this on CC and emailed it to me. She wanted something simple but elegant. She called me the next day to tell me how pleased they were with the cake and hated to even cut it. TFL
