SO cute! I love how you did the outlining nice and thick! Very cool!

All those hats...it boggles the mind! And hand cut to boot! You ended up with some really cool cookies!

GREAT COOKIES!!! I have a request for cookies similar to these and would like to know if you used the Tobas icing and thickened it up for the outline of the cookie as well as the dark lines on top of the icing? I appreciate your help!!

Thanks for the nice comments. I used thickened Toba's glace and outlined all of the black first. I let it dry a few hours, then came back and filled in with thinner red and white.
