This was my first bleed armadillo cake. Yes, it was VERY red red velvet and cream cheese. I found it easier to stack sheet cakes and carve away instead of using a football pan, as well as I wanted layers

Did you airbrush this or is it fondant colored ? And how did you get the layered look for the tail and backend ?
