Topsy Turvy Sketch

This is a sketch that I did a year ago, I have not been able to make it yet. I stopped making cakes for a while, because I can no longer eat them. I have PCOS and I need to take off a lot of weight. I do not have a cake business, so I only make them for friends and family and family does not ask very often. They forget that I like to decorate cakes. Please feel free to copy this design in any way shape or form. Please just let me know so I can see it in "real" cake form. Thank you!
