This is the first cake I actually got paid for. Up until now I've only been doing cakes for my children. I really liked how this cake turned out and the customers were very happy. The Nemo characters were purcahsed, the white shells are candy (homemade) and all the other color elements are fondant. Customer wanted icing and no fondant on cake.
