This was a cake a did for my niece awhile back. She wanted a purple cake with Sleeping Beauty on it. It's buttercream and my first time with fondant. Thank goodness I know so much more now. Talk about doing everything the hardway!
Thanks for the nice comments. This was a cake of firsts, fondant, roses, drop flowers. When I look at it now I see all the things I did wrong. Maybe one of these days I will have time to take a class. At least I have Cake Central and all the helpful people here!
