My Daughter wanted an Ariel cake for her 6th Birthday Party - this is what I made her. The seaweed and coral are royal icing, the bubbles are white chocolate and the icing is standard buttercream. The seashells at the bottom are white chocolate colored and the "sand" is crushed graham crackers.
