This was for all of my husband's friends end of year party...This past year they all turned 40. This is the largest cake I have ever done, let along my first stacked cake. I learned so much from it. I'ts Chocolate & White cake, with BC icing and Chocolate Ganache drizzle around the edge. It nearly turned into a desaster! I spent all night decorating it got 1 hr. sleep, and had to go to work...When I was leaving, the BC icing started to fall off the cake. It had to come with me where I was able to fix it there...Thank Goodness I work in a bakery...And of course, in travle to the party, the front edge was bumped and flattend...
