Mouse In The Cheese on Cake Central

I baked and stacked 2- 8inch layers;then chilled for 30 minutes; I then trimmed the cake into the pie shape and cut out the "holes". After crumb coating with buttercream the cake was chilled for 30 minutes. I then covered it with fondant, {homemade white chocolate}, that I colored with yellow and orange paste colors, pressing the fondant into the indentations. I made the mouse out of marzipan colored gray with paste food color. I used toothpicks to add stability to arms and head. The parts were "glued" together with meringue powder mixed with a little water.
