This was a wedding cake I did recently for a close friend. Inspiration was taken from another CCer. 14, 12, 10, 8, 6. Flowers were done with a panisy cutter and thread wrapped around my finger and then secured onto wire. Crystals were placed in the center of each flower. This is by far the best cake I have ever created!

Red, White and Black Round Wedding Cake

This is a gorgeous cake, would also like to know what you mean when you say "thread wrapped around my finger"?? sounds very interesting.

To make the centers of the flowers you have to wrap thread around your finger then secure it with floral wire, once secure you cut the top.
