Vanilla cake covered in fondant. The brim isn't edible. The ball and bat are made from cake truffles, covered in chocolate, then fondant. The bat color is a bit fleshy, but oh well..... I grew up in Rhode Island and we were always Red Sox fans. It was a pleasure to do this cake for him!
