Wilton Iii Class

Wilton Iii Class on Cake Central

This was from my third Wilton Course and, since I missed the class that thoroughly tought fondant, I went with a buttercream tiered cake instead of fondant. I wish I had put the rope around the top of the bottom layer for a more coheseive look and I wish I would have iced it thicker so you couldn't see the crumbs but...what are you gonna do?
