I did like the betty crocker spray a little better than wiltons. It seems easier to control to me. I simply sprayed on the background after I smoothed my icing. I laid a cutout on the cake for the white part and then sprayed around it with different colors of spray. It was fun. another nice thing about B.C. spray is it doesn't mist as much as wilton's does.
