first "wonky" (or whatever??) cake, bottom tier chocolate Mud cake, other 2 double choc cakes, I had a lot of fun making this cake, Never done anything like it before. Did a little bit of experimenting with new cutters and new methods. The client gave me free rein to do what ever I wanted. I think she was a bit suprised as it was so different to anything I had done before. I really like it though! Its shiny cos its still wet. Dried out okay though
