This was a last minute decision. One of the girls at work was leaving and we were having a shared morning tea for her, I had already made vanilla slice. So at 9.30pm I decided to make her a cake, so the cake went into the oven at 10pm and was finished at 1.30am. Choc mud with ganache and rolled wafers, with gumpaste roses and letters. She loved her cake and took it home to show her family.
