I made this cake for a coworker who is moving away. It is a 3 layer white cake w/ Bavarian cream filling. This was a cake w/ many firsts for me... First square cake (iced only in BC), first cake of this size, and first FBCT. It wasn't as great as I hoped, but it didn't turn out as bad as I thought for my first try at these! Much room for improvement though! TFL!
