Thankyou Susie53, Gerbera Flowers cut from the Regalice (fondant) i use -different size's then just layered on top of each other and a little ball of regalice for the center.
mbt4955 - they were fiddly but well worth the time and effort for a speacial someones birthday - Dessert_Diva the taste is sweet but the Regalice does not dry as hard as what Fondant does - (won't break your teeeth - IYKWIM)....Thankyou for your comments Bh :)
TSG177- thankyou for your kind comments. I made the flowers about 10 days before i needed them and yes, they were still *softish*. The regalice i buy/use doesn't set hard like normal fondant and icings. Bh. :)
