I made this cake for my sister and brother-in-law for Valentine's. It's a yellow pineapple cake (from scratch) with a pineapple white chocolate cheesecake filling. The decorations are made using fondant. I tried using Sharon Sugar Shack's technique how to make giftbox with a cover. TFL.
