This is the mexican chocolate cake from this website with real cheesecake filling with chocolate fondant. It turned out really really yummy... I had a cheesecake cracking disaster and decided to put it between the cake layers and it turned out wonderful. This is the first time I have made chocolate fondant and it turned out very tasty and was easy to work with.
