I made this for my pastor and his wifes baby shower. Diaper bag is chocolate cake with mocha filling, covered in Fondarific fondant.( the best fondant ever) The base cake is white cake with cherry mousse filling. The Bear , shoes, keys, and pacifier are fondant. Bottle, lipstick and compact in pocket are chocolate. I had a lot of fun making this.
