butter cream icing with fondant accents and gum paste bows. the hello kitty's on top are cut off of the goody bags then glued on old cake boxes the cut out with a long stick on the bottom the inserted in the cake. The client sent me a picture from someone here on the cc and asked if i could change the colors to match here party so thank you to whoever designed this cake.
