In community album: Cupcakes!
I wanted to make cupcakes for my best friends birthday. So instead of just doing some plain ones I decided to color strip a parchment bag and make a bunch of mum cupcakes. They looked so pretty and realistic!!

Beautiful! What tip did you use for the petals?

I used a parchment bag, took a paint brush dipped in gel coloring and stripped the inside of the bag. I used tip 102 on it's side, thin side pointing to the edge of the cupcake with the thicker end staying to the middle of the cupcake. Start with a single layer from the middle of the cupcake all the way to the edge while you are moving your cupcake. Continue with another layer that is not quite as big and just keep going until you have come to the top! These are great for buttercream lovers!!!
