Can i ask what kind of pan you use, i think it's great and would like to try it!

This was a smash cake, so it was a small bowl not deep. fill with batter as you would a cake pan and bake at normal temp, just shorter period of tme, keep an eye on it, it will turn out!

how much batter did you use and how did you bake it? i am so nervous the center won't cook
