Very pretty. I too would like to know how you did it. Is is Royla icing?
Here on CC they have sketches of several tiaras so I looked at them to get an idea of what I wanted to do. I then drew it up and taped the paper to a meringue powder contanier and then taped wax paper over it and used white chocolate to make it. I colored some pink and I used silver luster dust to dust it. I also used edible glitter for the diamond.
