This was a cake I was commissioned to do for a Church's farewell party to their Choir director. The base of the cake was a vanilla cake, the top/back was chocolate - all filled with and decorated with chocolate buttercream. The keys are shortbread cookies covered in fondant. The sheet music is made out of fondant and hand piped with black buttercream - the music is actually Amazing Grace! The flowers are royal icing.
