This was by far the largest cake I've ever done. Each tier was actual cake and the cakes were covered in a white chocolate fondant. There was silver snowflake ribbon wrapped around the bottom of each tier. The cake turned out much better than I thought and the bride and groom loved it!

This cake is beautiful. Do you have a recipe for white chocolate fondant or did you purchase it somewhere? Please share your recipe if you have one. I'd love to try it.

I purchased it from www.cakevisions.com. Although it's a little pricey, it's well worth it. They also have a white chocolate raspberry fondant that's to die for!
