Wedding Cake For A Winter Wedding

Wedding Cake For A Winter Wedding on Cake Central

This was by far the largest cake I've ever done. Each tier was actual cake and the cakes were covered in a white chocolate fondant. There was silver snowflake ribbon wrapped around the bottom of each tier. The cake turned out much better than I thought and the bride and groom loved it!

Beautiful cake! How many people did it serve. What were the cake pan sizes if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks! The middle tiers were 6" - 10" - 14" and the side tiers were 6" - 10"...I think it served 250 people.

This cake is beautiful. Do you have a recipe for white chocolate fondant or did you purchase it somewhere? Please share your recipe if you have one. I'd love to try it.

I purchased it from www.cakevisions.com. Although it's a little pricey, it's well worth it. They also have a white chocolate raspberry fondant that's to die for!
