Chinese Wedding Cake
Romantic three tier white chocolate rasberry cake with white butter cream and marshmellow fondant icing. Red being the color of prosperty and luck in China this cake keeps tradtion and features the bridal couple with figures brought from China by the bride. I had to travel from NY to Fla to make this cake, taking as much equiptment the airlines would allow and faking the rest from an unequipted kitchen. It was a challenge but turned out in the end.
