Princess Kylee's Castle

This is a two layer sheet cake filled and frosted with buttercream. After the buttercream crusted, I used an impression mat to make the brick pattern. The towers and turrets are ice cream cones covered in melted white chocolate. The turrets were rolled in sugar crystals. The doors, window, and top edgings were fondant. the vines were royal icing on the towers and buttercream on the cake itself. The stones around the towers were sugar coated chocolate candies.
