I have a friend that was thrown from a horse last month and was pretty seriously injured, including 2 broken ribs. As a thank you to the entire clinic/hospital staff she took them a cake. So, when you look at this thing keep in mind it is anatomically correct (bone wise) for the medical staff... including her 2 fractured ribs.
