These look great! Did you insert the stick before or after baking?

Thanks, I put the stick on before I bake. I simply slide it under the cookie and gently press with my fingers. I usually make the cookies a bit thicker when I'm adding the stick.

what are they covered in? Royal? fondant? they are great and cute colors!
