this is the castle cake i made for my youngest daughter's birthday cake together with the bratz doll cake.it's a dummy cake covered with MMF,the flowers and towers are made of MMF.i used the wilton castle kit.this is my second try in cake decorating and with MMF.i always usef MMF because stored fondant or roll fondant is not available here in any groceries here in Kuwait.and i don't have luck in making a perfect buttercream.and still on search with buttercream that i can used to ice the cake.
