I made this cake for a Superbowl party. You can see the other side of the cake in my photo gallery. The cake was made from a 2-layer 6-inch cake and half of a sports ball cake on top. The cake was covered in fondant, the symbols were done in fondant and royal icing, and the face mask was made from gumpaste.
