This is my first fondant cake, and my second cake I've ever made . I really enjoy working with the fondant, it's fun. I used brown food coloring and it took so long to knead that when I was putting it on the cake it started to crack. I made a few mistakes but overall I think it was pretty good. I made it for my daughters 2nd birthday, she loves shrek.
