I think I pulled this one off pretty well.. just found out yesterday afternoon late they had the date wrong and needed the cake by 5:00 today! whew... baked and decorated same day.. and they loved it.. 12" and doll shaped pan.. I think the cake stand worked out great! no messing with pillars. Bottom buttercream frosted and top fondant covered doll..
