In album: letter
Block 1st birthday cake. Cust saw something similar on an oprah show where they spelt the childs name out with one letter on each block. Could not find the pic so I went on her description. 6 x 4 inch dark chocolate mud cake covered in fodant. All accents fondant. Took forever. Happy with outcome although would do differently next time... to save time. Thanks for looking.

I think you did a great job. The corners and edges on the squares are so crisp, I am sure she loved it. Very nice.

Great job. Your blocks turned out beautiful and so straight!! :) I also did one and learned a lot. I will also do differently next time. So are each of your blocks 3 x 3?

Thank you. Sorry about my statistics above, it should read 6 cakes that are each 4 x4 inches square

Terrific work, very neat, I can see you have the skill to get the cubes so regular. Customer must have been very pleased. You said it took forever, would it have been quicker to pipe the edging on?

looking back, I would cover each cube in a diffferent colour fondant and then simply cut out lots of white squares.. smaller than the cube and stick that on each side and then stick on the letter. Would have saved lots of time.Oh and my pans are 3 inches so these cakes are about 3.5 inches. No filling
