1st attempt at a RC Tiara with the help of ccers (luv ya all) I know there's no cake to go with it but after making the Tiara the party theme changed along with the date. So now I,m gonna have to attempt to make a purse cake :(. Heaven & ccers help me. I was not real sure on the decorating of this Tiara but it will do for now, now that it's just sitting on a shelf all wrapped up.
