I made this cake for a 2 year old. The bottom 2 layers are single layers and the top is a 2 layer cake. I iced everything in buttercream. I used ice cream cones for the top of the castle, just frosted them with buttercream. The towers are plastic supports. The road is cardboard wrapped and frosted. The mom of the girl had a beautiful glass horse and coach that I put on the road.
