1 10" square cut into four 5" squares. I stacked 3 of them and carved the sides inward a little. each side is covered piece by piece to get the squared corners. real wire and chopsticks. the fortune cookies are fondant w/ tylose powder using a 3" round cutter, placing a rolled up piece of plastic inside, folded in half and then creased.the messages say happy bday, name and date. the chinese says pastor on one side, john on the other. for our good friend and pastor's birthday this year. elisa straus original
