This was my first sheet cake and I will say I'm not a big fan of making them. I nicknamed this cake "The Beast" b/c it was darn heavy and a PITA to make. My buttercream techniques obviously need a little work, but I was rather pleased with my University of Utah Utes symbol. TFL!
