Designed for a sweet 16 party.....The cake is layers of red velvet w/amaretto cream cheese, triple chocolate w/ raspberry mousse and yellow butter w/ chocolate ganache filling. Decorated with various fondant flowers, gumpaste vines and sweet 16 topper, and embellished with edible pearls a glitter. I was very please with how it turned out and my customer was ecstatic.

I voted for this cake too! Even tried to convince my 4 yr old she wanted it for her birthday so I could try and make something similar. she loved it but didn't want a cake for a 16 yr old, I tried to explain I could make it different but it was too much for her little brain to handle! LOVE IT!!!! :D
