Made this cake for my friend's daughter who just turned 21 and goes to UNC. They had a huge party with her friends, college and older adults. I was very pleased that she and her friends loved the cake. BC icing, 4 layer white cake with fondant handles, UNC Ram, Coleman logo and Tar Heel feet. The jello shooters we made for the ice really made the cooler look so realistic! Both young and older adults loved them! Funny to see folks walk by & grab a shooter out of the cooler and pop them in their mouth! LOL.
